Wanted to post at 20k, but didn’t take a picture. Instead, I was faced with a palindrome this morning and took a picture of it.

Kinja'd!!!

It’s so old now. Still the lowest-mileage car I’ve ever owned, but not by much anymore. Still like it a lot, so no plans to replace it yet...

I’m not sure what to make for dinner; I’m running out of interesting ideas and didn’t plan or thaw anything. Could do quesadillas like I was planning, but I sent the leftover meat from tacos with him that I planned to put in those and the vegetarian ones he had for two days before today.

Any quick dinner ideas?

A) I just crossed 42k miles in my FoST. Still love it. Still find it hilariously fun and frugal, especially for the price

B) Breakfast for dinner. If you have it, chorizo and eggs is good any day, any time. Have some spanish rice on the side and some refried pintos (not the pureed crap in a can, but whole pinto beans......from a can)

I need to get one of these air fryer thingies. I’d also need oysters.

Also the air fryer is awesome. Especially if you like Buffalo wings and French fries/sweet potato fries.

Quick dinner ideas...? We made a casserole by doing up some macaroni and tossing a can of Cream of Mushroom soup into it. Threw in some frozen mixed veggies, a bit of hamburger, a little parmesan cheese and bam...instant quick casserole in like...10 minutes (well....as long as your hamburger is done up before hand). :P

I know, restaurant-quality food at it’s finest :P

One other thing that I was thinking about for dinner in a pinch.

Blue Runner Creole Cream Style... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00473JOLM?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share

White rice

Can add andouille sausage too.

I’m ordering five pounds of this

https://cajunsausage.com/products.htm

I’ll also steam and onion and collard greens, mustard greens, spinach and kale and have it on the side with a vinegar sauce or mix it together.

About twenty minutes to cook everything.

Yikes. Bought my FoST in January of ‘18 and have just shy of 24k.

It was all done minutes before she got home. Impressive when you consider I only had about 20 minutes from the time the baby went to bed and the time she arrived. I was channeling  Ferris Bueller there.
